It ONLY WORKS if you haven't changed weapons throughout the entire War Story you're playing through. I don't know if this is also a multiplayer bug because i have yet to play the multiplayer. i also don't know if it's a only a Steam
Don't use ea app. Install origin. Make sure to run origin as administrator. It work fine now. Just play on steam and origin will automatically popup. And u good to go. 1. r/Battlefield.
